We’re seeking a customer focused HR & Payroll Implementation Consultant to join our team and deliver exceptional software implementations. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to implement HR and Payroll solutions, provide training, and ensure they achieve maximum value from their investment. This is a dynamic, client facing position with a mix of remote delivery and UK wide travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement HR and/or Payroll software solutions for customers
- Deliver high-quality training sessions (remote and on-site)
- Develop tailored training materials to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Project Managers and Product Specialists
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer challenges
- Provide feedback to support continuous product improvement.
About You
- 3+ years’ experience implementing or supporting HR/Payroll systems
- Strong communication and training delivery skills
- Experience working directly with customers or stakeholders
- Ability to simplify complex systems for end users
- Organised, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- Exposure to system integrations
- Background in HR or Payroll operations
Additional Requirements
- UK-wide travel (including overnight stays where required)
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed
