Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
- Foster a culture of high performance within the sales team and elevate standards consistently.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and maximize revenue from existing accounts in the education sector.
- Ensure robust CRM practices to manage the opportunity pipeline effectively.
- Enable the sales team to effectively communicate the value proposition of our educational solutions portfolio.
- Recruit, train, and manage the performance of sales representatives focused on the education sector.

Knowledge/Experience:
- Proficient in sales methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, Value Selling, or similar, with a background in software/SaaS sales.
- Proven track record as a sales manager in the education sector, consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Commitment to personal development through training, workshops, and industry conferences.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in driving the sales process from planning to closure.
- Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
