Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
- Foster a culture of high performance within the sales team and elevate standards consistently.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and maximize revenue from existing accounts in the education sector.

- Proven track record as a sales manager in the education sector, consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.

- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in driving the sales process from planning to closure.
