Purpose of the Role

We’re searching for a dynamic Customer Migrations Representative to join our incredible team. In this role, you’ll:

✔️ Manage the end-to-end migration experience for customers moving to our cutting-edge SaaS solutions .

✔️ Ensure revenue retention and growth while promoting the full value of IRIS products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full migration process, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Proactively engage with customers to showcase the benefits of our product portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and lead generation to drive additional revenue.
  • Collaborate with the wider commercial team to hit shared goals.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the Migrations Manager.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree-level education.
  • Experience in software sales (highly preferable).
