Customer Account Manager – International Schools (iSAMS) is a full-time, permanent position based in the UK (Remote). IRIS Software Group is a global leader in education technology, supporting schools in over 90 countries. Through our iSAMS platform, we help schools streamline operations across safeguarding, finance, HR and engagement. We’re growing fast — and looking for a Customer Account Manager to take ownership of a high-value portfolio within the international and independent schools market.

The Role

This is a 50/50 split between account management and commercial growth. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to your customers while identifying opportunities to expand usage across the iSAMS suite and wider IRIS solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and manage strong relationships with international school stakeholders
  • Drive retention through proactive engagement and value delivery
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across iSAMS modules
  • Support customers with digital transformation and system optimisation
  • Manage full sales cycles for upgrades and expansions
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management and CRM hygiene

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience in account management or field sales
  • Proven track record of hitting targets
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Confident communicator with a consultative approach
  • Highly organised and self-motivated

Desirable:

  • SaaS or education sector experience
  • Familiarity with iSAMS or MIS platforms
  • Salesforce experience
