We’re hiring a Customer Renewals Associate to join our Accountancy team at IRIS Software Group. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, driving renewals and building strong relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing customer renewals and retention activity
- Speaking with existing clients to handle queries and secure renewals
- Providing quotes and recommending the best solutions
- Building strong relationships and delivering great customer experience
- Managing renewal pipelines and ensuring deadlines are met
- Staying up to date with product knowledge
What we’re looking for:
- Customer-facing experience (phone or face-to-face)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
