Are you a sales leader who loves developing people, driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams? We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Commercial Account Development team at IRIS. This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit back and review spreadsheets. We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching, shaping deal strategy, improving win rates and helping their team achieve exceptional results.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and developing a team of field-based Account Development Executives
