From HR and payroll to finance and staff management, our software supports schools with the systems they rely on every day. As more schools move to Every, we're growing our implementation team and looking for someone who understands payroll, enjoys working with customers, and wants to play a key role in helping schools successfully adopt new technology.
Why This Role Matters
Payroll in schools is complex. There's legislation, pensions, compliance, deadlines, and pressure to get things right every single month. Schools need someone who understands that world - someone who can confidently guide them through implementing new payroll and HR software while making the process feel organized, clear, and manageable. You'll help schools successfully launch Every's HR & Payroll platform, improve customer confidence, and create a positive experience from day one, directly impacting customer satisfaction, product adoption, and long‑term retention.
