You don’t need prior experience in software implementation—we’ll teach you everything. What matters is your organisation, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the onboarding of new customers onto our payroll software, helping them get up and running successfully.
  • Supporting end-to-end implementation projects from initial setup through to delivery.
  • Working closely with customers to understand their requirements and guide them through the process.
  • Assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.
  • Setting up systems, transferring client data, and ensuring everything is accurate.
  • Testing solutions and validating data to make sure it matches client requirements.
  • Joining customer calls, including scoping sessions, training, and software demos.
  • Creating clear documentation and supporting handovers to operational teams.
  • Learning and applying payroll processes and legislation (full training provided).
