IRIS Software Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Billing Operations Advisor to join our busy Billing Operations team.
You will be the first point of contact for billing, order and account queries from customers and internal teams, investigating and resolving invoicing issues and processing orders and renewals.
You will work with Sales, Finance and Support to ensure accuracy, maintain customer records, raise credit notes when needed, and contribute to process improvements.
