Are you highly organised, detail-obsessed, and thrive in fast-paced environments? Join one of the UK’s largest privately held software companies as a Bid Management Associate, where you\’ll play a key role in helping us secure new business through professional, high-quality bid submissions.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Support the bid team by identifying and tracking new bid opportunities.
- Manage the bid inbox and coordinate internal stakeholders (sales, presales, legal, product).
- Tailor bid documents and templates to match client requirements.
- Keep our bid content library fresh and up to date.
- Maintain and optimise our RFP response software/tool.
- Educate colleagues across the business on bid best practices and processes.
- Help deliver compelling, compliant, and deadline-ready proposals.
Who we\’re looking for:
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- A strong communicator with great written and verbal skills.
- Organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- A confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- A team player who can also work independently with initiative.
- Curious and eager to develop your understanding of formal bid and procurement processes.
