Are you highly organised, detail-obsessed, and thrive in fast-paced environments? Join one of the UK’s largest privately held software companies as a Bid Management Associate, where you\’ll play a key role in helping us secure new business through professional, high-quality bid submissions.

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Support the bid team by identifying and tracking new bid opportunities.
  • Manage the bid inbox and coordinate internal stakeholders (sales, presales, legal, product).
  • Tailor bid documents and templates to match client requirements.
  • Keep our bid content library fresh and up to date.
  • Maintain and optimise our RFP response software/tool.
  • Educate colleagues across the business on bid best practices and processes.
  • Help deliver compelling, compliant, and deadline-ready proposals.

Who we\’re looking for:

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • A strong communicator with great written and verbal skills.
  • Organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • A confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • A team player who can also work independently with initiative.
  • Curious and eager to develop your understanding of formal bid and procurement processes.

Experience in bid or proposal support is a plus, but if you’re detail-oriented, quick to learn, and confident working with documents and data — we’d love to hear from you!
