IRIS is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Head of Master Data Management (MDM) to own and evolve the integrity, governance, and global standardisation of core customer, account, product and reference data across our revenue ecosystem.
This role is a critical enabler of our Revenue Operations Target Operating Model, ensuring Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Analytics teams operate from trusted, consistent, well-governed data.
- Define and own the global MDM strategy aligned to commercial priorities.
- Establish governance frameworks across Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Products and Hierarchies.
- Standardise account hierarchies and product taxonomies across entities.
- Own enterprise data quality metrics (accuracy, duplication, completeness, timeliness).
- Identify and resolve root causes of systemic data issues.
- Business owner for CRM master data (Salesforce) and integrated platforms.
- Partner with RevTech and Systems teams on data model design.
- Ensure alignment between CRM data, data warehouse and downstream reporting.
- Influence senior commercial leaders on governance standards.
- Balance business agility with disciplined data control.
- Develop data stewardship capability across the organisation.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in data governance, data management or MDM roles.
- Strong ownership of CRM master data (ideally Salesforce).
- Ability to influence senior commercial stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of GDPR and data privacy principles.
- Experience in Revenue Operations or SaaS commercial environments.
- Exposure to MDM / data quality tools.
- Improved data quality metrics (accuracy, duplication, completeness).
- Strong forecast data integrity.
- Successful onboarding of acquisitions into global data model.
- Stakeholder confidence in commercial data.
- Thinks strategically beyond short-term clean-up projects.
