Join IRIS Software as a ABC Manager , where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the business remains compliant with Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) regulations . This is a great opportunity for someone with financial crime or investigative experience in a regulated environment who enjoys problem-solving, working with senior stakeholders, and making an impact in a growing company .

This role is all about providing clear and practical ABC guidance , reviewing escalations, and working closely with teams across the business, including Legal, Compliance, and Senior Management . You’ll also ensure IRIS’s ABC policies and procedures are up to date, deliver training, and help strengthen compliance controls.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Maintaining IRIS’s ABC policy , ensuring it is reviewed and updated annually in line with regulations and risk appetite.
  • Providing expert guidance on ABC matters, supporting first-line teams, and ensuring escalations are managed correctly.
  • Reviewing escalations from the KYC Team , offering clear recommendations, and escalating high-risk matters to the MLRO .
  • Delivering ABC training , ensuring employees understand compliance obligations through annual and ad-hoc sessions.
  • Supporting risk assessments , working with compliance colleagues to assess financial crime risks across the business.
  • Improving ABC procedures and controls , ensuring policies are practical, effective, and well understood by all teams.
  • Keeping up to date with legislation , ensuring IRIS remains aligned with UK and international ABC regulations.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Experience working in a financial crime or compliance role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK ABC legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in maintaining and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Ability to provide clear and practical training.
  • Excellent communication skills , with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience handling escalations and difficult conversations professionally.
  • ICA (or similar) qualification preferred but not essential.
