The Role
As an Account Development Executive, youβll focus on developing and expanding relationships within our existing accounts β driving retention, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Youβll:
- π Proactively engage existing customers β Build strong relationships through calls, emails and virtual meetings.
- π Identify growth opportunities β Understand customer objectives, challenges and uncover expansion potential.
- π€ Partner with Account Managers & Sales β Collaborate to maximise revenue within your account portfolio.
