This is a field-based role covering areas within Surrey. The advertised salary band is dependent on experience, technical ability and overall skill set. Your starting salary will be determined based on your ability to demonstrate the required knowledge, competencies and relevant experience throughout the interview and assessment process. In addition to your starting salary, you will receive a weighting allowance of £4,500.00 per annum; spread across 12 equal payments.
Your responsibilities:
- Perform Repairs. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs, modifications, and re-installations of home appliances to ensure first-time resolution.
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service. Advise customers on correct product usage, resolve issues promptly, and maintain strong relationships with customers and support teams.
- Maintain Compliance and Safety. Work within company policies, ensure a safe working environment, and adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
- Manage Tools and Inventory. Keep van stock, tools, and equipment in good condition, safeguard company property, and report unusual defects.
- Continuous Learning and Team Contribution. Attend training courses, stay updated on technical information, and support colleagues’ development when required.
