Based from our office in Welwyn, AL8 6AE, you will handle high volumes of calls liaising with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and supervisors to schedule appointments and ensure SLAs are met.
You’ll use the MSi system to allocate operatives to jobs, handle complex repairs and challenging residents, and maintain excellent customer service through telephony and email.
