About the Team You’ll JoinYou’ll join a supportive team of 10-15 Customer Renewals Associates and Advisors. The team works collaboratively, sharing knowledge and supporting one another. Questions are encouraged, learning is celebrated, and success is recognised. You’ll be surrounded by people who want to help you grow and succeed.
What You’ll Be DoingIn this role, you will:
- Speak to customers by phone and email about upcoming renewals
- Answer questions and provide clear renewal quotations
- Explain options in a simple, helpful way
- Take ownership of customer enquiries and follow them through
- Keep renewal records accurate and up to date
- Proactively contact customers so nothing is missed
- Build professional relationships through regular communication
- Learn our products so you can confidently support customers
You don’t need previous renewals experience. You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience dealing with customers (in person or over the phone)
- Clear and friendly communication skills
- Good attention to detail
