You’ll join a supportive team of 10-15 Customer Renewals Associates and Advisors. The team works collaboratively, sharing knowledge and supporting one another. What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Speak to customers by phone and email about upcoming renewals
  • Answer questions and provide clear renewal quotations
  • Explain options in a simple, helpful way
  • Take ownership of customer enquiries and follow them through
  • Keep renewal records accurate and up to date
  • Proactively contact customers so nothing is missed
  • Build professional relationships through regular communication
