We’re looking for an experienced Senior Client Payroll Executive to join our bureau services team with a focus on our Education customers.
As a senior member of our payroll division, you’ll:
- Process and oversee complex client payrolls with exceptional accuracy
- Mentor and guide junior payroll staff and trainees in best practices
- Liaise with clients to resolve payroll queries, ensuring excellent customer service
- Ensure strict compliance with current payroll legislation
- Lead by example within a collaborative and high-performing team
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll cycles, ideally with bureau exposure
- CIPP qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Strong Microsoft Office and payroll software skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
