What You'll Do
- Teach and assess learners across Plumbing & Heating programmes, including full‑time courses and apprenticeships.
- Deliver engaging, practical sessions in workshop and classroom environments.
- Support learners in developing industry‑standard skills, knowledge, and safe working practices.
- Embed current industry practices, regulations, and sustainability principles into teaching.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, and professionalism.
- Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
What You'll Bring
- A Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing.
- Gas competency.
- An IQA & Assessors Award or a willingness to work towards one.
- Industry experience within Plumbing & Heating Engineering.
- Strong practical skills and up‑to‑date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Experience supporting or mentoring others, either in the workplace or education.
- A teaching qualification is welcomed – if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you to achieve it while you work.
