What You’ll Do
- Teach and assess learners across Nursing & Health programmes at a range of levels
- Deliver engaging, industry-relevant theory and practical sessions
- Support students developing clinical knowledge, patient care skills, and professional behaviours
- Prepare learners for progression into nursing, healthcare roles, or further study
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and learner wellbeing
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant Nursing or Health qualification (Level 3 or above; degree advantageous)
- Current or recent clinical experience in nursing or healthcare settings
- Up-to-date knowledge of healthcare practice, standards, and legislation
- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing others
- Teaching qualification (desirable) - or willingness to work towards one with full support
