Salary: Up to £22,061 per year, plus a Specialist Skills Shortage Bonus of £3,000 pro rata

- Deliver engaging practical and classroom‑based lessons
- Prepare students for industry, apprenticeships, and future progression
- Maintain a safe, professional workshop and learning environment
- Support learners' confidence, skills and trade‑ready knowledge
What You’ll Bring:

- Strong practical background in electrical installation or related electrical roles
- Current knowledge of industry standards and practices
