As a member of our client’s Domestic Abuse Services you’ll be providing triage and administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of their co-ordinated response to high risk domestic abuse services in Derbyshire
Job requirements

Act as the first point of contact for internal and external contacts, responding to enquiries over the phone, face-to-face, and electronically from various agents.

Process referrals into the service and using risk assessment tools to determine suitability.

Support the smooth running of the service by organising and scheduling meetings, preparing and distributing agendas and minutes, and ordering necessary resources.

Assist in gathering and analysing data, conducting research, and preparing reports to contribute to service development and meet reporting requirements for commissioners.
