Salary: £24,570 per annum

Location: Small Heath, Birmingham

Hours: 37.5 hours per week – flexible shift patterns to include weekend and evening working. Part time roles will be considered.

Our client is the leading provider of mental health services in Birmingham and the West Midlands. They have a well-earned reputation for excelling in quality delivery and play a key role in supporting and influencing the wider mental health system across the city.

You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary clinically led Community Intensive Rehabilitation Team within Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust. You will be working in partnership with people who are experiencing mental health difficulties who are currently living in their own accommodation within the Birmingham area and require a period of intensive rehabilitation.

Your support of individuals will be a person-centred recovery approach that focuses on developing, maintaining, and strengthening individuals’ skills, abilities, and personal resilience. Ideally you will be QCF/NVQ level 3 qualified or have a willingness to work towards this qualification. It is essential that you have an empathy for people experiencing mental health issues and are committed to service user involvement and empowerment.

You will have a good understanding of equal opportunities, confidentiality, safeguarding and health & safety. You will need to be flexible due to the shift patterns which include evenings and weekends. Shift patterns include 9.00am - 5.00pm and 12.00pm to 8.00pm.
