The predicted salary is between 2000 - 2500 £ per month.

We are currently recruiting three Non-Executive Board Members with skills in:

  • Housing finance, including treasury management and financial sustainability
  • Strategic asset management, with experience in repairs, maintenance, and long-term investment
  • Legal expertise, particularly regulatory and governance requirements

Role Overview: Board Members contribute to long-term strategy, ensure governance and regulatory compliance, maintain financial resilience, and keep residents at the centre of decision-making. Candidates should bring experience in personnel management, partnership working, community engagement, and equality, diversity, and inclusion. Strategic thinking, analytical skills, self-management, commitment to personal development, and the confidence to question and constructively challenge the Executive Team are also essential.
