We are seeking a Specialist Coach (Employment) to join the Be Well partnership. The role involves managing a caseload of people with long term health problems, supporting them to secure quality employment, and working collaboratively with clients, employers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a significant caseload of vulnerable unemployed people, delivering against contractual targets while maintaining service standards.
  • Develop trust, respect and cooperation with clients and partners.
  • Plan and run workshops and activities for hard-to-reach groups.
  • Use communication, negotiation, influencing and advocacy skills with clients, employers and partners.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience working with vulnerable unemployed people, with a successful track record of managing a significant caseload and achieving targets.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment and training opportunities available locally.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and advocacy skills.
  • Experience in planning and running workshops and activities with hard-to-reach groups.
