What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the onboarding of new customers onto our payroll software, helping them get up and running successfully.
- Supporting end-to-end implementation projects from initial setup through to delivery.
- Working closely with customers to understand their requirements and guide them through the process.
- Assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.
- Setting up systems, transferring client data, and ensuring everything is accurate.
- Testing solutions and validating data to make sure it matches client requirements.
- Joining customer calls, including scoping sessions, training, and software demos.
- Creating clear documentation and supporting handovers to operational teams.
- Learning and applying payroll processes and legislation (full training provided).
