Are you highly organised and experienced in leases, contracts or housing services? At Amplius, we have a great new opportunity for a Leasehold Partnerships Officer to join our team, playing a key role in ensuring agreements run smoothly while working closely with colleagues, customers and external partners to deliver a reliable, customer-focused service.

Salary: £39,500 per year

Contract: Permanent, full time

Your week: 36.25 hours (days and times to be agreed at interview)

Location: Hybrid with a weekly presence in either our Milton Keynes, Rushden, Peterborough or Boston office

Snapshot of your role:
  • Support the drafting, review, and renewal of leases, management agreements, and transfer documents
  • Maintain accurate records of portfolio expiry dates, ensuring timely renewals and terminations
  • Provide advice to internal teams on lease and agreement requirements to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Work with external partners regarding contractual obligations and service delivery
  • Monitor rent accounts, manage arrears, and ensure charges are accurate in line with agreements

  • Knowledge and experience of leases, freehold transfers, and management agreements
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex contractual information
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
