We are seeking an exceptional Head of Faculty to join us on an interim one-year basis, leading a wide and vibrant portfolio that includes Automotive Engineering, Beauty, Brick, Electrotechnical Technology, Engineering, Hair, Hospitality, Plumbing, Wood Occupations, Business and Information Technology. About the Role
Based at our recently transformed Salisbury campus, following a £14 million investment in cutting-edge teaching and learning facilities, you will play a pivotal role in shaping an inspiring environment for students and staff alike. As part of the campus leadership team, you will work closely with the Executive Director to set and deliver the strategic direction of the campus. You will champion curriculum excellence, elevate the quality of teaching, learning and assessment, and foster a culture built on collaboration, inclusion, and ambition. You will also develop strong partnerships with employers, universities, and community organisations to ensure our curriculum remains responsive, innovative, and aligned to local and national skills needs—maximising student success, progression, and employability. What We Offer
- Salary: £45,689 – £57,133 per year (Dependent on skills, qualifications and experience)
- Contract: Interim 1-Year Fixed Term, Full Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

- Provide strategic leadership across a diverse and dynamic faculty
- Drive curriculum development aligned to labour market intelligence and learner progression routes

- Qualified teacher status (Level 5 or above) with substantial teaching experience
