Our client is a leading UK Independent Connections Provider (ICP) with its own IDNO, at an exciting point in its journey. A business with real momentum, strong pipeline, and ambitious plans to grow its footprint across industrial and commercial electrical infrastructure. We specialise in grid connections and capacity upgrades, enabling businesses to secure and optimise their power supply, achieve sustainability goals, and future-proof their energy infrastructure.
We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer / Tendering Engineer / Customer Solutions Engineer to sit at the heart of our pre-contract and commercial activity, supporting the development and winning of complex grid connection projects across industrial, commercial, EV charging and other types of developments.
This is a customer-facing technical role, working closely with our Business Development Managers, estimating and design teams to shape robust, deliverable and competitive grid connection solutions. You will engage directly with developers, consultants, contractors and utilities, providing technical assurance and confidence in our capability as an ICP and IDNO partner.
