Join our dynamicProfessional Services TeamwithinIRIS Accountancyas aMigration Consultant Associate, and play a key role in helping customers transition to our next-generation cloud-based solutions.
As part of ourCustomer Migrations Programme, youll guide customers through every step of their journey with IRIS Software Group ensuring they successfully adopt and utilise our products and services. Youll work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, support them through data migrations or self-migration training, and act as their advocate within the business.
This programme is central to one of IRISs key strategic initiatives, influencing thousands of customer journeys over the next two years. Your role will be integral in ensuring a seamless, positive experience for every customer as they move to our new software.
What youll do:
- Support the transition of IRIS desktop accountancy products to cloud-based solutions.
- Scope, deliver, and support customer migrations from start to finish.
- Prepare and validate customer data for migration.
- Provide internal training and assist the Support Team when required.
- Maintain strong accountancy and payroll knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
