Our client is seeking an exceptional Director of Inclusion to lead our college-wide approach to inclusion, ensuring all learners can access, participate in and succeed in high-quality education, regardless of background, need or starting point.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced leader to drive inclusive practice across the college, leading services that support learners with SEND, additional needs and other barriers to participation. Working closely with curriculum teams, professional services and external partners, you will help create a culture where inclusion is everyone's responsibility and where all learners can achieve ambitious outcomes.
