We're seeking an ambitious Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple high-value planned maintenance and refurbishment projects across the Midlands.

You'll build strong relationships with clients, residents, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders while championing customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
We're looking for someone with proven experience in planned maintenance, refurbishment, and construction project delivery, coupled with strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a thorough understanding of health and safety, CDM compliance, and quality management.
