Join a dynamic and supportive therapy led team and embark on a fulfilling journey as a Community Reablement Assistant. In this flexible and rewarding role, you will be working alongside Occupational Therapists and Reablement Officers playing a vital part in helping individuals regain their confidence and independence after a hospital stay. What you’ll do:
