Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a Complaints Manager to oversee the management and administrative compliance of the MSi system. Based at our hub in Goldney Road, you will monitor day-to-day service delivery, ensuring all cases are handled within time, cost and budget constraints.
You will support the Scheduling Team, provide training when required, and deliver comprehensive case management reporting to the Partnership / Project Manager.
