What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging carpentry and joinery training and assessment activities in workshop and workplace settings
  • Support apprentices and learners in developing high-quality practical and site-ready skills
  • Maintain safe, compliant and industry-standard workshop environments
  • Provide structured feedback and coaching to support learner achievement and progression
  • Contribute to curriculum development and uphold exceptional standards of craftsmanship

What You’ll Bring

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Site Carpentry & or Bench Joinery
  • Strong industry experience across site carpentry and/or bench joinery
  • Confident communication skills and a passion for mentoring others
  • A commitment to maintaining high safety, quality and professional standards
  • Trainer/Assessor qualifications? Already qualified? Brilliant — we’ll value your experience
  • Not yet qualified? We’ll fully support you to achieve them
