What You'll Do
- Teach and assess learners across Plumbing & Heating programmes, including full-time courses and apprenticeships
- Deliver engaging, practical sessions in workshop and classroom environments
- Support learners in developing industry-standard skills, knowledge, and safe working practices
- Embed current industry practices, regulations, and sustainability principles into teaching
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, and professionalism
- Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
What You'll Bring
- A Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing
- Gas competency
- An IQA & Assessors Award or a willingness to work towards one
- Industry experience within Plumbing & Heating Engineering
- Strong practical skills and up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Experience supporting or mentoring others, either in the workplace or education
- A teaching qualification is welcomed — but if you don't have one yet, we'll support you to achieve it while you work
