  • Salary: Unqualified Lecturer: £29,294 per year, pro rata
  • Qualified Lecturer: £31,885 - £40,814 per year, pro rata (Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)
  • Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time 30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What You'll Do:

  • Teach and support learners across a range of Pathways programmes, helping students develop independence, employability, communication, and life skills
  • Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to individual learner needs and abilities in both classroom and practical settings
  • Support learners in building confidence, resilience, social interaction, and progression towards further education, employment, or independent living
  • Use creative and adaptable teaching approaches to make learning meaningful, accessible, and relevant to learners' personal goals
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, wellbeing, and learner support
  • Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement and positive outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, parents/carers, and external agencies to ensure learners receive appropriate support

What You'll Bring:

  • A relevant qualification (Level 3 or above) in Education, SEND, Health & Social Care, Youth Work, Foundation Learning, or a related subject
  • Experience supporting young people or adults with additional learning needs, SEND, or barriers to education and progression
  • The ability to engage, motivate, and support learners of varying abilities through inclusive and differentiated teaching approaches
  • Strong communication, patience, and organisational skills with a learner-centred mindset
  • Experience working in education, care, support services, or a learner support environment is highly valued
  • A teaching qualification (Level 4 or above) is welcomed - but if you don't have one yet, we'll support you to achieve it while you work
