What you'll do:

  • Deliver a high-quality, efficient Occupational Therapy service in clients' homes and community settings.
  • Provide specialist OT advice, assessment, and intervention to maximise functional ability and quality of life.
  • Support reablement by enabling early, safe discharge from hospital and preventing unnecessary care placements.
  • Work closely with Social Workers, health professionals, carers, and families to coordinate care.
  • Act as an advanced practitioner within OT and across Tricuro's services, offering expertise in postural seating, positioning, complex moving and handling, cognition, and contracture management.
  • Assess and manage risks in partnership with clients, their families/carers, and other professionals involved in their care.

What you need:

  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Professional qualification in Occupational Therapy (Diploma or Degree).
  • Experience of working with adults in a health or social care setting.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of multi-professional and multi-agency working.
  • Competent in using ICT systems for clinical recording.
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills.
  • Valid UK driving licence and use of own vehicle.

Full-time - 37 hours per week.
