Do you have experience managing high volumes of customer enquiries in a busy, fast-paced environment? As a New Build Sales Coordinator at Amplius, you’ll act as the first point of contact for new enquiries, working closely with colleagues and partners to keep the customer journey moving smoothly from first enquiry through to completion.

Your week: 36.25 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5.15pm

Location: Based at our Boston office

Snapshot of your role:
  • Manage all incoming sales enquiries across phone, email, website portals and agents, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
  • Qualify and allocate enquiries to Sales Officers, maintaining clear oversight of progress and next steps.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate information and setting clear expectations.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate data capture, lead progression and consistent use across teams.
  • Support the full sales process, including documentation, legal administration and post-completion tasks such as CORE Digital submissions.
  • Assist with scheme launches, marketing activity and maintaining property listings across relevant portals.
  • Monitor enquiry pipelines, track performance and support reporting, audits and continuous improvement activity.
What you’ll need to thrive in this role:
  • Experience managing high volumes of customer enquiries within a structured, process-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, lead management and service standards.
  • Experience providing administrative support in a busy office setting.
  • Confidence using CRM systems and databases to manage workflows and track performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive or complex queries professionally.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage competing demands and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in data entry, record keeping and documentation management.
  • A proactive, team-focused approach, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

DBS clearance is required for this role. We do not provide visa sponsorship; you must be eligible to work in the UK and must reside in the UK for the duration of your employment, providing Right to Work evidence.
