What You'll Be Doing
As a Client Payroll Executive, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors.
Your responsibilities will include
- Processing payrolls accurately and on time.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for payroll-related queries.
- Ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
- Producing payroll reports and supporting client decision-making.
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data.
- Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Experience in payroll processing.
- Experience managing multiple client payrolls simultaneously.
- Payroll bureau or managed services experience.
- Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Experience using payroll software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
