This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team dedicated to maintaining safe homes and communities, playing an important role in ensuring fire safety actions are effectively managed, monitored and completed. You will help ensure Fire Risk Assessments, fire door inspections, defects and all associated follow-up actions are accurately recorded, tracked and progressed.

Working closely with colleagues across Property, Compliance, Housing and Business Support, as well as contractors and residents, you will help keep critical fire safety activities on schedule while maintaining clear and accurate records. The role will involve coordinating fire safety inspections, actions and reports while supporting the ongoing delivery of Fire Risk Assessment and fire door inspection programmes.
