Community Housing is looking for a Localities Team Manager to lead a passionate team delivering high-quality neighbourhood and housing services. If you have experience of leading a team, care about people, know housing inside out, and can handle complex cases with calm, fair judgement, this is your next role.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, support, and empower Neighbourhood Coordinators and Enforcement Case Coordinators
  • Guide complex casework, safeguarding, and tenancy enforcement
  • Build strong partnerships with police, social care, health and community agencies
  • Drive service improvement—streamline processes, embed new ways of working, and use data to sharpen performance
  • Represent us at multi-agency forums (MARAC, MAPPA, safeguarding panels)
  • Champion a consistent, customer-first approach across everything we do

What You Bring

  • Solid experience in housing or neighbourhood management
  • Strong understanding of tenancy law, ASB, and safeguarding
  • A confident people-manager who brings out the best in a team
  • Skilled at partnership working and managing challenging situations
  • Analytical mindset—comfortable with data, systems, and improving processes
  • Resilient, proactive, and solutions-focused

While a CIH qualification is essential for the role, we welcome applications from individuals with strong, relevant experience who are committed to undertaking the qualification in line with the CIH Professional Standards that will come into effect later this year.
