Our client is looking for a Neighbourhood Officer to join their team to deliver a safe, proactive, and adaptable neighbourhood service to all customers on an allocated patch across their portfolio of homes. Building and maintaining effective working relationships to ensure their neighbourhoods are places their residents can feel proud to live in.
Job requirements:
- Provide effective and timely housing, income and neighbourhood management across their homes.
- Work with colleagues to meet identified performance targets and service standards, including minimising the length of time properties are vacant and maximising rental income.
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues to ensure their regulatory standards and requirements are met and exceeded.
- Develop customer-led ways of working to build safe, cohesive neighbourhoods, where people want to live.
- Ensure all customer contact is recorded on appropriate systems.
