- Customer Services Associate – helping customers with day-to-day questions
- Technical Support Associate – solving more technical problems using software tools
Both roles are fully office-based and follow a rotating shift pattern: 06:00–14:00 ¦ 08:00–16:00 ¦ 10:00–18:00 (Monday to Friday only)
You don’t need any previous experience — just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
What Will You Be Doing?
- Customer Services Associate – Helping customers use our software (iSAMS):
- Answer questions by phone, email, and live chat
- Log issues and track them in our system
- Fix simple problems or pass more complex ones to the technical team
- Keep things friendly and professional.
- Support more detailed or complex issues from schools
- Use tools like SQL, JavaScript, and web browsers (we’ll teach you!)
- Work closely with the Customer Services team
- Keep records and share what you’ve learned
What Are We Looking For?
- Friendly, patient, and good at explaining things
- Happy to work in a team and help others
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Great at staying calm and solving problems.
It’s a bonus (but not essential) if you:
- Have worked in customer service or admin before
- Know a bit about websites, code, or school systems
