Associate Director, Product UK – Hybrid Competitive Salary plus Bonus and Benefits Shape the future of cloud payroll with AI innovation. At IRIS Software Group, we\’re on a mission to position Staffology as one of the top 3 cloud-native payroll solutions for Mid-Market, Bureau, and Enterprise organisations. We are hiring an Associate Product Director with a rare blend of payroll/HCM expertise, AI-forward thinking and product leadership to drive innovation, scale, and measurable results. What you\’ll lead: * The product vision, roadmap and P&L for Staffology, our cloud-native SaaS payroll platform * Delivery of strategic KPIs: +10% revenue growth, 5% churn reduction, and 30% AI-led efficiency gains * Development of AI-powered features, automations and predictive analytics for a next-gen payroll experience * Compliance excellence across HMRC regulations and multi-jurisdictional payroll environments * Go-to-market strategies, customer feedback loops, and collaboration across Engineering, Sales & Customer Success What you bring: * Payroll or HCM product management with commercial responsibility * Working knowledge of UK payroll legislation, HMRC compliance, and SaaS financial models * Hands-on experience with AI tooling (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, ML frameworks) * Track record in leading cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven product outcomes * Product certifications (e.g. CSPO/PSPO) and payroll qualifications (e.g. CIPP) a strong plus You’re analytical, customer-obsessed, and excited by the opportunity to use AI to transform product!
