Our client\’s Sheltered Accommodation Service at Rosedale Court, Middlesbrough consists of 40 flats for older people age 55+. It contributes to their wider offer of accommodation for older people within our supported Housing Services.

They’ve recently reviewed their service offer with customers resulting in this exciting new role. The role will deliver an intensive housing management service to older people along with ensuring we deliver activities in the service to promote wellbeing and prevent social isolation. The role will be instrumental in making this service a great success.

Whilst this role is predominantly lone working you will be part of our client\’s wider older persons team and work flexibly to support one another.

You will have a strong sense of social purpose and be committed to making a difference.

You will be passionate about providing the best possible service to those who access their accommodation.
