We’re looking for an experienced Senior Producer with a strong background in AV production to join our growing production team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative agency environment and has a proven track record delivering high-quality film, content, audio and integrated campaign production, across multiple channels. You’ll be confident leading projects from initial scoping through to final delivery (of integrated media formats) — balancing creative ambition with operational excellence.

Alongside strong experience in moving image/AV production, the role requires some experience managing integrated campaign delivery including social content, radio/audio, digital, and OOH production. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable managing large-scale shoots and fast-turnaround social productions, with a strong understanding of production workflows, budgeting, scheduling, post-production, and stakeholder management. This is a senior role requiring excellent communication skills, calm leadership, strong industry connections, and the ability to navigate complex productions in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end productions from social to TVCs
  • Scope, budget, schedule, and deliver productions to a high standard
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across varied timelines and budgets
  • Collaborate with creative to shape production approaches from early stages
  • Source and manage best in class external suppliers such as directors, production companies, editors, animators, sound designers, and freelance talent
  • Ensure productions are delivered on budget, on schedule, to an excellent creative standard
Required Skills
  • 6+ years' experience in a Senior Producer or Producer role within a creative agency, production company, or integrated agency environment
  • Experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels, with heavy moving image requirements.
  • Solid understanding of social-first content production and fast-turnaround workflows
  • Knowledge of post-production, editing, animation, grading, audio, and delivery specifications
  • Strong industry knowledge and network with a focus on best-in-class craft excellence
