We’re looking for an ambitious, articulate, and enthusiastic communication strategist (m/f/d) to join our thriving team. This role is firmly rooted in communication strategy work in the B2B and Healthcare space. You’ll work closely with creatives, account teams, and clients, shaping communication strategies that live across campaigns, channels, and touchpoints.
One day you might deep-dive into the medical diagnostics market to uncover meaningful insights; the next, you’ll be in a creative session helping shape a campaign idea. You will work with the AI team to identify new tools and workflows to enhance our output.

What We’re Looking For
- This role requires proven experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment. Applications without relevant agency experience unfortunately cannot be considered.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an advertising or marketing agency, with exposure to B2B and/or healthcare clients.
- A strong understanding of how communication, campaigns and brand strategy work in an agency setting.
- Curiosity, strategic thinking and a genuine interest in people, brands and business challenges.
- The ability to translate insights from research, culture, competition and technology into strong creative briefs.
- A collaborative mindset: you enjoy working closely with creatives, account managers and project teams.
- Confidence in presenting ideas and telling compelling stories, both internally and to clients.
- Proactive, structured and comfortable managing multiple topics at once.
- Someone who brings fresh thinking, challenges ideas constructively and shares best practices.
