Iris is a global integrated agency driven by one simple philosophy: Participate or Perish. We create ideas that earn attention and inspire people to interact with brands in meaningful ways. Working with some of the world’s most ambitious brands, we combine strategy, creativity, technology, and media to deliver impactful campaigns.
This is a rare hybrid role that sits across two disciplines — Product Management and Production — making it ideal for a versatile senior professional who is equally comfortable shaping digital product strategy as they are running complex, multi-stream delivery. You'll work across a portfolio of technically ambitious projects, acting as the connective tissue between creative, engineering, strategy and client teams. You won't be managing people directly, but you will be leading projects, influencing stakeholders at every level, and setting the bar for how great work gets made at IRIS.
What You'll Do
- Product Management
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for digital projects across web, app and platform builds.
- Translate complex briefs and business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives as a confident Agile/Scrum practitioner.
- Work closely with UX, engineering and data teams to ensure product decisions are well-informed and user-centred.
- Champion data and analytics thinking from day one — defining KPIs, measurement frameworks and optimisation strategies.
- Production & Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery across CMS builds, web and app projects — from scoping and budgeting to final sign-off.
- Build and manage detailed project plans, resource schedules and risk registers.
- Drive day-to-day momentum on projects, proactively identifying blockers and resolving them before they become problems.
- Manage client relationships at a senior level — setting expectations, presenting progress and navigating change confidently.
- Collaborate with finance and ops to track budgets accurately and flag variances early.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 7 years' experience in agency or client-side roles spanning product management and/or production.
- Demonstrable experience delivering complex digital products — CMS platforms, web builds, apps — end to end.
- Strong Agile/Scrum credentials: you've run sprints, written user stories and kept delivery on track.
- Comfortable with data and analytics platforms — you know how to define and measure what success looks like.
- A natural communicator who can hold a room with senior clients as confidently as you can get into the detail with a dev team.
- Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure — you make complex projects feel manageable.
- Experience working in an advertising or creative agency is a strong advantage.
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, GA4 or similar.
- Background in tech-led campaigns or integrated digital programmes.
