About Wild Boar Studios

Wild Boar Studios is the internal production company at Iris, a supercharged, focused production set‑up operating within one of the world's leading integrated agency networks. We produce television commercials, branded content, film, photography and social content for some of the world's most ambitious global brands, including Samsung, Alcon, Pizza Hut, Hula Hoops, and many more. We offer the full production spectrum, from moving image shoots and photography to offline editing, animated design, and master picture grading working with the Iris network partners and external clients around the globe.

Overview

We're looking for an experienced, passionate Producer to join the Wild Boar Studios team on a fixed‑term contract. You'll sit at the heart of our production operation leading projects from initial brief through to final delivery, working closely with directors, creative leads, agency teams and postproduction to bring brilliant work to life.

Responsibilities

  • Production & Delivery
    • Produce film, video and photography projects of varying size and scale, from concept to delivery.
    • Act as the primary agency‑facing contact and production lead on your projects, keeping productions on track and driving teams forward.
    • Work closely with directors and creative leads to shape the best possible output within brief and budget.
    • Build project teams, create flexible and efficient timing plans, and ensure productions are financially viable.
    • Oversee projects at all stages — pre‑production, production, and post — ensuring smooth handoffs and consistent quality.
    • Manage both internal postproduction teams and third‑party partners as required.
    • Maintain rigorous working standards, backup processes, and ensure all projects are properly consolidated after completion.
  • Collaboration & Client Management
    • Report to the Head of & Executive Producer of Wild Boar Studios.
    • Work in close collaboration with the Wild Boar Studios Production team, Editors and wider production staff.
    • Partner regularly with Agency Producers, Creative Directors, Creative teams and Account Managers across the Iris network.
    • Guide clients through production strategy, timelines, risk and feasibility with confidence, empathy and credibility.
  • Financial & Commercial
    • Take ownership of project budgets and financial tracking throughout the production lifecycle.
    • Ensure productions are delivered to the best quality, on time and in budget.
    • Complete scoping and pricing for new and incoming projects.
  • AI & Innovation
    • Champion the use of AI‑driven production tools and workflows across Wild Boar Studios — from early creative concepting through to final delivery.
    • Produce and oversee AI‑generated film and visual content for creative concepting, helping clients and creative teams visualise ideas faster and more cost‑effectively.
    • Lead on AI‑assisted transcreation and localisation processes, ensuring global campaigns are adapted efficiently without compromising quality or brand integrity.
    • Stay ahead of emerging AI production technologies and proactively identify where new tools can improve output, reduce timelines, or unlock new creative possibilities.
    • Work with Agency Producers and Creative teams to integrate AI workflows into broader campaign production processes.

Required Skills

  • Extensive production experience in a production company or broadcast environment, with a strong focus on film, video and/or photography.
  • A track record of producing both large‑scale and smaller productions end‑to‑end.
  • Experience working closely alongside advertising agencies or within an agency‑aligned production environment.
  • Strong knowledge across production and postproduction, you know how to engage most shapes and sizes of project.
  • International shoot experience and familiarity with service production contacts.
  • Good industry relationships with Directors, Heads of Department and key specialists.
  • Commercially confident comfortable with budgets, quotes and financial management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions‑first approach to production challenges.
